Key Largo- Another Florida Aquatic Nursery introduction! A true lavender flower- a rather rare color in tropical water lilies. This sweetly scented compact grower will do well in most any size tub garden or pond. $27.00
Dauben- I am a fan of this variety; its soft, muted colors are so much calmer than the screaming hues of most Tropicals. This is a very old cultivar-1863, obviously, with a 150 year run, I am not the only one who likes it a lot. The flowers are very light blue and highly scented. Dauben is unique for several reasons. It is quite a small grower, it adapts very easily to tub culture making it great for a deck. It is also viviparous- meaning it produces tiny plants at the center of its old leaves. This trait has been passed on to many of the varieties that have Dauben in their pedigree. Just a really well behaved, free bloomer that will give you a lot of pleasure. $25.00
Tina- This is a terrific variety for tub culture. Deep violet-blue flowers are continuous on this small plant. Fragrance is very sweet. Tina was introduced in 1974 and although the parentage is unknown, probably you would find Dauben. Why? Tina is viviparous! This is a very popular lily for good reason. $25.00
Martin E. Randig- released in 1967, Martin is a deep raspberry colored flower that commands attention. The olive green leaves are heavily flecked with dark reddish purple. Easy to grow and a good example of its color class. $25.00
Brazos White-This is a big, bold white night bloomer. Though white may seem unexciting, these large flowers are truly luminous in the moonlight. The flowers stand well over a foot above the water surface. Intense fragrance typical of night bloomers. Brazos was introduced in 1998 and is one of the best. If you need a large plant for your pond, this is a great one. $25.00
