Y'all who know me, know how queer I get for variegated forms of tomato plants. There is just something so intriguing about this trait. The fact that a utility plant such as tomato can possibly do double duty as an ornamental is just so fun to me. Perhaps other people may give me the side-eye on this notion but I just don't care! I love them! Lots of splashes of color in the foliage along with a highly patterned fruit make a total high-fashion statement (at least to horticulture nerds like me). Coming in at 3-4 oz., this puts the size at a solid medium. Did I mention that Painted Lady has the potato leaf trait also? She just has it all.
