Often when you read the arty-farty garden writers magazine articles, they will show photos of Rosa Bianca as they gush about the bounty of heirloom varieties. Good reason, it is quite beautiful. The round, medium sized fruit are a mix of lavender swirled with rose and white. Hailing from Sicily, this one has been around since....forever? As with all eggplant, harvest while skin is still glossy.
