This is a Brad Gates introduction from Wild Boar Farms. Brad is responsible for a large number of very popular new varieties in the past decade. I offer a number of them. Most of them are remarkable in their crazy colors and patterns along with great taste. This piggy is no exception. Overall, it is a creamy yellow though it is actually a bi-color. It is suffused with a pinkish tone that is very appealing. The flavor is on the mild side with a pronounced sweetness. It is also very big! Easily one or more pounds per fruit. I haven't had this one for a few years but I got ahold of a good quantity of seed....so here it is! Pig out on this one!
