This, like many other determinants, are excellent for those of you who like to can your harvest. Setting the majority of its fruit in a fairly short period, it is easier to plan your canning work. Abu Rawan has smallish medium sized, strongly flavored fruit, just right for processing or fresh eating. This one comes from Iraq which is why it tends to do very well in our high heat condition of the deep South. Strong production.
