Like Zapotec, this is a very pleated bright red and hugely productive. Difference is that it is smaller than Zapotec. You will have loads of these unusual beauties. What is most fun is when you slice them across the width, producing amazingly shaped rings that will certainly be commented on for their distinct look. They are also sort of hollow so with a quick scoop using your finger, you can have an excellent little stuffer! The flavor is big..very Itallian!
