This is a unique and productive oblong cherry type. This one, along with several others in the Artisan series, I have found to be a terrific when grown along with other, more traditional shaped cherry types. The flavor is great- overall sweet but with a bit of tang. Sliced length wise, the make a good looking salad addition. Indeterminate grower but not rampant, it would make a pretty good choice if you are a container grower.
