We are offering fresh, homemade Peanut Butter, Almond Butter and Cashew Butter!
With minimal ingredients, our nut butters are a far healthier alternative than the store bought versions. Not a fan of "natural peanut butter" because of the whole oil separation thing? Guess what? You will not see this with our butters! This seems to be an issue with the commercial production. We are often asked how long these peanut butters will "last". Our recommendation is 6 weeks without refrigeration. I also always add that if you still have it after 6 weeks, that would be remarkable! The primary reason for the 6 week rule is pretty simple. Your peanut butter will not go "bad" but it will, instead, begin to oxidize. In other words, the flavor could begin to shift. Refrigerated, it seems to last forever. In incidental tests I have run, 6 weeks is the way short of how long the flavor actually remains intact. It is generally much longer.
Drop by our booths and try a sample of our many flavors. We think you will be impressed.
We will be offering our various nut butters in 10 oz. tubs. Typically, nut butters are offered in 8 oz. tubs for the same price as we are charging. If you would like a larger quantity, all you need to do is request it at our booth and we will bring it the following week. You may also request it through our "contact us" form on the website. Let us know what you require and we will produce it just for you and bring it the same week. We have dropped a few flavors this year and added a couple new ones along with some reformulations that have really improved some of them. A good example is the White Chocolate- we are now using a very expensive White Chocolate in as the primary ingredient- you will notice the difference!
Our current offering of flavors....
Simply Peanut (straight peanut, nothing added -often used for cooking or to create your own level of sweetness.)
Old Fashioned (just a bit of salt and sugar- like in the old days!)
Just Almond (pure Almond) Our #1 seller
Sweet Almond
Cashew Butter (Pure Cashew)
Salted Cashew
Honey Roasted Butterscotch
Honey Roasted Cinnamon (our #2 seller but some weeks, # 1!)
Honey Roasted Chocolate (Hershey's milk chocolate to be exact!)
Honey Roasted Toffee (Our #3 seller!)
Honey Roasted White Chocolate
Almond Toffee (was suggested by one of our customers and is now a top seller)
Peppermint chunk Peanut (sounds weird but it is really good! First started making this as a Christmas item but customers requested that we continue year round..and we now do! )
Creamy Vanilla
Vanilla Peppermint Coconut- uh, yeah..we did it. Strange combination to say the least. Remarkably, this was good..so good we sold out the first day with it. Even though we said it was a one time only thing, it MIGHT just pop up again. Keep and eye out for it- you gotta' try it.
We will be adding some new flavors through the season- it is always fun to try something new! Have a suggestion? We would love to attempt a new flavor at any time!
Our Peanut Butter is produced in a licensed commercial facility built specifically for this purpose. All peanuts are dry roasted.
